If you´re considering opening a BidCart Store, refer to: REGISTER BidCart Final Value Fees When your listing ends, you will be charged a Final Value Fee based on the final sale price, or "final value" of your item. Regular Auctions and Reserve Price Auctions (When the reserve has been met) The final value is the closing bid. Remember, there is no Final Value Fee charged if the reserve is not met. Multiple Item Online Auctions (Dutch Auctions) The Final Value Fee for a Multiple Item Auction (Dutch auction) is determined by taking the Final Value Fee of the lowest successful bid, and multiplying it by the number of items sold. For example, if you sold 10 items for $5 each, the Final Value Fee would be $2.50. This is calculated as follows: 25 cents, the Final Value Fee on a $5 item, times 10 the number of items sold. Multiple Item Fixed Price Listings The Final Value Fee is calculated per item sold, based on the final sale price of the item. You will not be charged a Transaction Services Fee if... There were no bids on your item. If there were no bids that met your reserve price for your Reserve Price Auction. Your posting is a non-binding auction, such as a job post, personal or classified ad. Your auction was in the Residential, Commercial or Other Real Estate Category. Your item was listed using the Ad Format in our BidCart Classifieds. However, you will be charged a Final Value Fee whether or not you carry out the sale with the buyer. Insertion Fees Insertion Fees vary by the type of listing you make. There is a non-refundable Insertion Fee for listing your item within the many categories on BidCart. Insertion Fees are Currently FREE Single Quantity, Online Auction Listings The Insertion Fee is based on the starting price for your item. (Currently FREE) Reserve Price Auction Listings The Insertion Fee is based on the reserve price of the item you list for sale. (Currently FREE) When you list a Reserve Price Auction, you will also be charged a Reserve Price Auction Fee (Currently FREE), which is also based upon the reserve price. Reserve Price Auction Fees are fully refundable. At the end of the auction, if your item sells, the Reserve Price Auction Fee will be refunded to your BidCart account. This also applies to Real Estate in our BidCart Classifieds.
Online Auction Listings (Dutch Auctions) and Multiple Item Fixed Price Listings The Insertion Fee is based upon the opening value of the items you list for sale. The opening value is the starting price or the fixed item price multiplied by the quantity of items you offer. Great news about paying seller fees – we’ve made it even faster and easier! You can make a payment or change your payment method at any time by going to your account at My BidCart. BidCart offers four ways to pay selling fees:- Direct Pay from Your Checking Account (Monthly and one time payments)
- Credit Card on File in your BidCart account (Monthly and one time payments)
- Check, Money Order and Postal Money Order (Made to US dollars)
- Use your PayPal account as payment. See PayPal.com®.

Direct Pay: BidCart can automatically deduct your one time or monthly invoice amount from your checking account on a specific date of each month. This option is only available to sellers billed in U.S. dollars with U.S. bank accounts. For the Direct Pay option, you will need to provide us with your bank account and routing numbers, which are shown on the bottom of your checks. With a one time Direct Pay, you can make a Direct Pay payment from your checking account. Your payment will be posted to your BidCart account in three-to-five business days.
Credit Card on File: Per each transaction or monthly BidCart can automatically charge your invoice amount directly to a major credit card you place on file (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card). Your credit card will normally be charged three-to-five days after you receive your invoice. Of course, unless you choose otherwise, one time payment to your credit card will be our first method.
Check, Money Order and Postal Money: You can make a one time payment using a check or various money orders, however they must be made to US dollars. To ensure that your payment is processed quickly and accurately, please enclose a copy of your invoice with your check or money order. Checks and money order payments take seven-to-ten business days to process and post to your account, and may delay your ability to make new listings until the account is reconciled.
Use your PayPal account: If you have PayPal account for yourself, to keep track of your BidCart payments, it’s a great idea. Because it is as good as cash and we don’t charge you a finance charge. We recommend using a PayPal account to pay seller fees at BidCart and BidCart Classifieds. You may also check your account status from the details page on PayPal.com®. Please Note: BidCart cannot accept cash payments.
Your Optional Payment Due DateYour seller fee payments may be due on the same date each month. Either the 15th of the month or the last day of the month, depending on your account´s preferences. Otherwise it will be invoiced per transaction.Please Note: In the event your BidCart account is suspended for any reason, any amounts due on your account will immediately become due and payable. BidCart reserves the right to immediately charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to the payment method that you are using. Failure to Make Payment on Your BidCart AccountBidCart requires payment in full each month on accounts with balances of $1.00 or more. You will be billed a late payment interest charge at 1.5% or the highest amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower, if the payment of your balance has not taken place by the payment due date. Interest will accrue beginning the day after the payment due date. Your account may be suspended for non-payment, and you may be responsible for collection costs. About Paying Fees At BidCart In the event your seller account is suspended for any reason, any amounts due on your BidCart seller account will immediately become due and payable. BidCart reserves the right to immediately charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to the billing method that you are using in your account. Fees pay for the right to sell on BidCart. Sellers do not purchase exclusive rights to web pages on BidCart.
